I am driven by a deep love for exploration, creativity, and connection and I am inspired to share these passions with others. I feel that yoga is a living, breathing path— a journey that awakens awareness of the world around and the world within.
I've been a devoted practitioner since 2000 and a certified Yoga Alliance instructor since 2018; I have completed over 500 hours of formal training and remain dedicated to holding onto the student mentality - always observing, learning, and growing. While my trainings are in Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga, I enjoy integrating elements of yin, restorative, and yoga nidra into my offerings. My classes are dynamic and thoughtfully crafted, with a focus on embodied presence, the alignment of ujjayi breath with asanas, and a deep sense of flow.
Expect to leave a session feeling warmed, stretched, and refreshed— physically and mentally. I welcome students of all levels and invite you to connect movement with breath for an experience that is personal, grounding, and expansive.
